Quantum University was established in the year 2008 under the Government of Uttarakhand. All the programmes of this University are approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The University provides undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes on various disciplines. Students need to apply for admissions either by online or offline mode along with mentioned fees payment. Quantum University, Roorkee also conducts a test called Quantum University Research Aptitude Test (QURAT) for offering admissions to Ph.D programmes.
