Our motive has been to provide top of the class facilities to students so as to ensure their well-being and satisfaction. We, therefore, aim to do better at each stage and The B.L. Residency- Shubham, with a capacity of 250 residents, is our latest offering to realize the vision to provide a home-like environment to students. Cities evolve with time and so do the ways we relate to them. Kota, known for its kachori and saree formerly, emerged as a center for Medical and IIT-JEE preparation with coaching centers springing up across the map of the city. With the emergence of these institutes, the city saw an influx of students in large numbers and with that came the need to cater to the residential requirements of the students.

Keeping the tradition of hospitality of Rajasthan in mind, Late Shree Radhey Shyam Agarwal had a vision of providing home-like facilities to as many students as could be reached. Hence we at the B.L. group came up with our first undertaking, The B.L. Residency- Saket, in 2009 with a capacity of 65 residents. The positive feedback and support that we received encouraged us to extend our services to a larger group and
